I was having issues with my humidifier and called Renalto for troubleshooting. He kept me informed about his expected arrival time, arrived promptly and after checking, found a minor fix needed with no repair work. He charged me a nominal fee of $75 to troubleshoot and also answered all my questions to help me understand how to maintain it in future. 5 Stars to Arlington Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for outstanding service. Our hot water heater decided to “go on the fritz” with the upcoming holiday looming. After a phone call, Renalto showed up early to inspect our heater. We were impressed with Renalto’s analysis and trouble-shooting skills; his hard work resulted in fixing our hot water heater pronto!
